The 2nd International Endo Ear Course is an advanced international training program focused on Endoscopic Ear Surgery (EES), combining high-level scientific lectures with intensive hands-on temporal bone dissection.


This course is designed for ENT specialists and otologic surgeons who want to refine, expand, or consolidate their expertise in endoscopic ear surgery techniques.

Morning Sessions – Core Principles of EES

  • Basic Principles of Endoscopic Ear Surgery: How, When, and Why

  • Scoping into Middle Ear Anatomy: Spaces and Ventilation Routes

  • 10 Tips & Tricks I Wish I Knew When I Started EES

  • ESS Tympanoplasty

  • Endoscopic Ossiculoplasty

  • EES & Otosclerosis


Afternoon Lab – Basic Surgical Steps

(2 students per station | 1 temporal bone per student | 4 hours)

Hands-on practical training including:

  • Endoscope handling

  • Myringotomy and ventilation tube insertion

  • Inlay myringoplasty

  • Raising the tympanomeatal flap

  • Middle ear anatomy dissection

  • Underlay and over-under tympanoplasty

  • Atticotomy

  • PORP / TORP / Stapedotomy

Morning Sessions – Advanced EES Applications

  • Endoscopic management of cholesteatoma

  • Prevention and management of complications in EES

  • Current limits of Endoscopic Ear Surgery

  • Expanding the boundaries of EES

  • EES in Pediatrics

  • EES in Cochlear Implant Surgery


Afternoon Lab – Advanced Dissection

(2 students per station | 1 temporal bone per student | 4 hours)

Advanced temporal bone approaches:

  • Canal Wall Up Mastoidectomy

  • Mastoid corridor exposition

  • Facial nerve decompression and geniculate ganglion

  • Cochlear and vestibular anatomy

  • Combined approach tympanomastoidectomy

  • Internal Auditory Canal (IAC) approach
